As a Latin American, I grew up in homes filled with color, passion, warmth and maximalism. Walls that told stories and rooms that felt alive. The contrast was striking.

óleo, Spanish for oil painting, was born from that longing to distill Latin American warmth into the walls and spaces that surrounded me in my new home in The Netherlands. A desire to reintroduce vivid color, texture, and emotional warmth into a new environment. With roots in Puerto Rico and each piece hand-painted in Amsterdam, every work becomes a bridge between worlds. The sunlit vibrance of the Caribbean meets Europe (and beyond!).
